As with any EXCEPTIONAL business you will need a team. Community Options KOP nailed Nick’s(Siriani) philosophy, “You Can’t be Great without the Greatness of others” to the T. Starting with The HEAD-She is amazing and knows it ALLLLLLLL-followed by the NECK she balances every other limb!!!!!! Our 2 ARMS HOLDS all of us together while supporting, training, nourishing the fingers to care for all of our delicate IDD ANGELS whom we care for in communities that provide a safe beautiful environment to thrive. Sorry to the neighbors who think we do not belong. Just know you all enrich our staff and individuals to be their best! Get to know us WE ARE JUST LIKE YOU!

No help whatsoever ever I was their at the food pantry during operating hours and no one was their to help me

This company purchased a home in our residential neighborhood. They are running a business out of this home and often there are 4-6 cars parked all along the street. It clearly states as per our HOA and city codes, one cannot run a business out of a home in a residential neighborhood. There are people everywhere on a daily basis, cars parked which block the view of traffic needing to make a right turn at the corner where the house is located. I appreciate that they are advocates for the disabled but they cannot run a business out of a residential home. Many neighbors are upset with the constant flow of activity and people at this residence. These are not neighbors we get to know, it is a constant flow of either employees or volunteers. Either way I believe the neighbors will eventually band together and go to the city with the issue.

Community Options Inc purchased a home at 118 Spring Road in Malvern earlier in 2022. There have been issues with this house since they moved in. Residents having to contact township for basic property maintenance like cutting the lawn and weeds and today 8/6/2022 several police cars to the address when a resident in their care flipped out on a worker in the house and as described by residents "beat up female worker and ripped off her blouse". Other police calls in 2022 as well as per neighbors. Neighbors feel unsafe - there are small children and elderly neighbors and they live and pay taxes there and are super concerned.

We had a family member in one of there group homes and it was a total nightmare. They should lose there licenses. Nasty lying people who bully the clients and families. All the way up to the CEO. Our family member was abused and neglected the entire time. Instead of fixing the problems they evicted all in the house and only kept the one lady who was never a "problem". God help these poor disabled people. These agencies are all about making $$$$$$$$. I am sure this will be removed as they will not allow any negative feedback on any of there sites.
